Last year, we became one of the first airlines to put rice
cookers, toasters and skillets on board*, enabling our flight attendants
to prepare freshly cooked rice, toast and eggs. First Class passengers
can now go à la carte and choose their own meals and dine anytime they
wish.

Our 2005 food consumption amounted to a total of 98 tonnes of eggs, 302
tonnes of chicken, 238 tonnes of fish, 91 tonnes of beef, 92 tonnes of

Due to special climate controls inside the cabin, the best wines
in the air are often those that are more robust in flavour. We carry a range
of 40 quality wines on board — from rare wines produced in France and
Italy to wines from the New World including South Africa, Australia, the
United States and New Zealand and of course, we only offer you the top
picks. |

Dow's Late Bottled Vintage Port 1997
Aged solely in oak casks, this 97 Vintage Port is served in our
Business Class. A full rich port with spicy fruity flavours and
elegant aroma, it is perfect to go with tarts, pies, cakes or
even ice cream! This is a renowned vintage port that comes with
a well rounded palate and has the traditional Dow's drier finish.

Vincent Girardin Meursault, Vieilles Vignes 2001
Served in our First Class, this white wine is excellent to go with fish
or poultry. It carries a crisp and fragrant aroma of honeyed fruits with
a hint of toasty oak. Produced in the Côte de Beaune district of Burgundy
and controlled by Vincent Girardin, this is one of the best Meursault in
the area.

almost 68 tonnes of coffee, and 22 tonnes of tea bags! Nothing beats

For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks on our flights,
we offer fresh Espresso, Cafe Latté and Cappuccino on most of our flights.
We also provide Chinese tea in all travel classes to strike a perfect finale
