Can I cancel my booking online and if so, how will I be refunded? |

To cancel a reservation made through a travel agency or on another travel website, such as Orbitz, Expedia, Travelocity, Priceline, or Hotwire, please contact them directly. To cancel a reservation made on our website, please choose from the following options:- You can retrieve your online booking and cancel it. If you have requested an eTicket, please call or send an email to our eService Center( http://www.cathaypacific.com/intl/contact/e-service). After you have made your cancellation online, we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be credited directly to your credit card account.
- If you have requested and received a paper ticket, you need to contact Cathay Pacific Reservations at 1-800-233-2742 (U.S.) or 1-800-268-6868 (Canada) for a refund. You then need to return your paper ticket to us.
- If you have requested to pick up a paper ticket at the airport, but subsequently decided to cancel the booking, you should call or send an email to our eService Center ( http://www.cathaypacific.com/intl/contact/e-service), and we will help you with the necessary arrangements.
Please note that cancellation charges may apply, depending on the terms associated with your purchased fare. |
